When we arrived in South Africa we got a frantic phone call from Jodelle that her mum cannot move or speak and is non responsive. Despite our jetlag, we drove to Pretoria and we had to follow the ambulance to Mamelodi. She had suffered a massive stroke and was transferred to Steve Biko.
Two weeks past with no improvement and it was time for us to return to the mission field. As we was boarding the flight we got a message that she had died. We disembarked and was there for Jodelle and the Funeral arrangements.
Jodelle choose to be with us on the mission field. Please continue to pray for her as the journey she is on is not an easy one.
It has been a month that she is here now and is adjusting fairly well. there is still a lot to do for her especially with her visas etc.
